The space
Located in a condominium of similar apartments, this eclectic 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home has a large, fully equipped kitchen and open plan living and dining room.
The living spaces and bedrooms feature parquet flooring. A library of vintage books in the living room and beautiful artwork throughout the apartment.
The balcony has a separate enclosed office space and a view of the beach that can also be seen from the dining room.
The master bedroom has Portuguese-style furniture including a double bed with bedside tables and reading lights, a dresser and a mirror, a clothes butler, a built-in wardrobe and a balcony.

There is free street parking nearby and the building is located above the Quarteira Bus Terminal. Walking distance is an understatement! Walk across the street to the nearest restaurant and down a couple of flights of stairs to the nearest market that has everything you'll need and more! Take a three-minute stroll down the road where you will find many shops, bars and restaurants, some of which serve fine wine and provide exciting evening entertainment including live music.
Where you’ll be
Spend the warm sunny days at the beach sunbathing or cooling down in the Atlantic ocean, as the beach is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
A car rental is not essential as you will find everything you need for your perfect holiday within easy walking distance of the apartment.

SEF Requirements

- A refundable deposit of €350 is required in cash upon arrival or paid via PayPal. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out upon a satisfactory inspection and using the same payment method.
