This newly renovated and modern apartment is on the first floor of a small building in a calm residential area in Ferragudo. It is just a short 5-minute drive to Praia Grande and Praia da Angrinha as well as the quaint downtown area of Ferragudo with its restaurant and bars. This home is equipped for both the summer and winter months with full air conditioning and heating throughout, providing everything you need all year round.

The space

Consisting of two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, the master bedroom has a double bed and the other also with a double bed and a desk with a comfortable chair. The bathroom has a shower and modern fixtures.

The open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen have seating for four people and access to a small balcony overlooking the front of the building and the park for children across the street. Here, you can relax in the afternoon sunshine and enjoy a drink or a meal while sitting at the table.

The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a convection oven, stovetop, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The kitchen has a lit cabinet with glass doors that add warmth and style to the whole living area.

Getting around

There is plenty of free parking in the parking lot right across the street and there is also street parking available. Travelling around Ferragudo is quite easy, but it can get busy and difficult to find parking near attractions during the busy season. Taxis and Uber are excellent options if you prefer not to drive in the city.

Where you’ll be

A trip to the historic old village of Ferragudo is just a 10-minute walk where you can enjoy many of the local shops, restaurants, cafes and bars or walk a little further to the marina to enjoy the view of the local coastline. For additional attractions, there are plenty of exciting options for a day out near Ferragudo.

For those who like a more active holiday, you could visit the race track in Portimão for go-karting, or of course, if you’re a golfer, you're never far from one of the many courses here in the Algarve. There are also

A refundable deposit of €350 is required in cash upon arrival or paid via PayPal. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out upon a satisfactory inspection and using the same payment method.
