Located in a condominium of similar townhouses, this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home has a fully equipped modern kitchen and open plan living and dining room. The home also has a terrace ideal for quiet dining outdoors and a balcony on the top floor.
The shared pool has spectacular views of Carvoeiro and its cove and beach. The panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean can be seen from the master bedroom balcony.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a built-in wardrobe, a TV and a desk. The second bedroom has a king-size bed or 2 single beds. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower. The powder room on the main floor has a toilet, a sink and a mirror.
Housekeeping is provided under the Portuguese "Clean Safe" quality mark ensuring all government guidelines are followed to the highest standards.

Winter rentals
This property is available for longer stays in the low season. We may be able to offer reduced rates on a case-by-case basis, so please do not hesitate to contact us for more information. Getting around
There is free street parking for a small number of cars and a parking space is available. Walking to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants is the best way to enjoy these attractions.
Where you’ll be
Located on the cliffs, it is an easy walk (around 3 minutes) to the beach Praia do Carvoeiro which is a sandy bay surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. Carvoeiro is the perfect blend of Portuguese heritage with modern touristic facilities. Locally, there is a variety of golf courses, water parks, a tennis club, horseback riding and water sports. Carvoeiro Boardwalk is within a 10-minute walk of the property where you can walk down stone steps built on the cliff.
Within a short car journey (about 15 minutes) you can reach the beautiful Carvalho beach where you will feel like a real explorer. Children will love finding the staircase through two hidden tunnels in the cliff to arrive at the beach. Just as easily, you can drive to Benagil where you can enjoy a walk along the cliff tops or take a boat trip from Carvoeiro to the Benagil caves. Other beaches close by include Praia da Marinha and Praia de Vale de Centianes.
Enjoy shopping? Visit Aqua shopping centre in Portimão to the west of Carvoeiro or Algarve Shopping mall in Guia (near Albufeira) to the east (both about 15 minutes away by car). They are all within easy reach by car, but because of the peaceful relaxing atmosphere that surrounds you, you may decide to never leave.
SEF Requirements
All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourist and guest information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). Upon booking, we will send to you a blank SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.
Other things to note
- A refundable deposit of €350 is required in cash upon arrival or paid via PayPal. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out upon a satisfactory inspection and using the same payment method.
- Discounted longer stays are possible during the low season (November to March). Ask for details.
