Vista Meia Praia Apartment

Located on the second floor with access to a private rooftop terrace, this apartment is just across from Meia Praia Beach. It is near Lagos marina and the historic old town. This cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom property has a fully equipped kitchen, an open plan living and dining room, and 2 balconies where you can always enjoy the sun as well as some shade at any time of the day. Enjoy sunbathing, relaxing and dining on the rooftop terrace with spectacular views over the landscape and the beach.

The space

Consisting of two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a super-king size bed or 2 single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub and plenty of storage.

The open-plan living and dining rooms have seating for four people and access to the balcony where you can relax in the afternoon sunshine and eat lunch at the table.

The fully equipped kitchen includes new appliances, including an oven, stovetop, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The kitchen has direct access to a balcony where you can enjoy the morning sun while sipping your coffee.

Getting around

Travelling around Lagos is quite easy, but very busy and difficult to find parking near attractions during the busy season. Taxis and Uber are excellent options if you prefer not to drive in the city.

Where you’ll be

Surrounded by residential buildings and resorts, the apartment has easy access (a 3 min walk) to the beach with its restaurants and shops.

The beach is ideal for sporty activities and family vacations. For easy access to the area, wooden decking and ramps are provided for wheelchairs and strollers. The western section is primarily home to water sports facilities where you can rent equipment. A surf school exists.

The infrastructure of Meia is outstanding. Deck chairs and umbrellas can be rented for a fee. On the beach, a number of bars and eateries are open. Despite being immensely popular with both locals and tourists, the beach is not overly congested because of its length. There are a lot of people of different ages and families with children among the tourists. Here, thrill-seekers and surfers frequently gather. There are kiteboarding, parasailing, and water skiing options.

Enjoy shopping? Visit the Aqua shopping centre in Portimão, or the Algarve Shopping mall in Guia (near Albufeira). There is also Mar Shopping in Loulé.

SEF Requirements

All property owners in Portugal are legally required to report tourist and guest information to the Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). At the time of booking, we will send you a blank SEF form that you must complete and return to us prior to your arrival. This is a mandatory requirement.

A refundable deposit of €350 is required in cash upon arrival or paid via PayPal. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out upon a satisfactory inspection and using the same payment method.
